Sacramento travelled to Arizona on what would be the furthest away match of the year, hit with the injury bug, Sacramento's bench lacked depth in numbers. The first half would end 1-0 to Arizona with Sacramento knocking on the door, hitting the crossbar before halftime. Additional injuries to Sacramento in the 2nd half would cause a defensive collapse for the Gold, giving up four 2nd half goals and eventually losing the match 5-0.
Gold FC returns to action Saturday, May 6th at FC Davis, kickoff is set for 6pm at Davis High School.
